PURPOSE The whole purpose of the Community College was to open more doors and make the transition easier. Instead, I found myself wasting a year here. I couldn't personally stand the college or the surroundings at neither Lawrence Crossing or Main Campus. The places are very stagnating and depressing.CLASSES & FACULTYThe secondary campuses do not carry many courses. A lot of the time you have to commute to Butler County if you wish to complete an associate degree program with them.I've met a great deal of teachers who simply don't care unless you're in their top 5%There's a few instructors who genuinely care, but the facility itself isn't worth the time.SOCIAL LIFEWithout dorms- On any of the campus sites- Social life is kind of non-existent. Especially since it's small town Pennsylvania. The students of Butler County Community College's main campus stick to their own groups as well. If you're looking for friends, this is not the place to be. |
