Just want to alert parents and students considering ELMIRA COLLEGE. My daughter attended Elmira College and they tried to expell her. I brought 2 lawsiuts against the college, the president and a Dean B. I won the cases in NY appealite court. I just found out a very similiar case has again happened at Elmira College. The student and parents contacted my lawyer to get information. I was told her case was almost the same exact thing the school did to my daughter. Please stay away from this school. Beware of large schoolarships or grants. There seems to a pattern with students getting expelled for reasons the school stages. This is against there STUDENT CONTRACT and your civil rights. Anyone is welcome to contact me or my lawyers for details or help bringing ELMIRA COLLEGE to the fairness for both the student and the College which was the first sentance in their STUDENT CONTRACT. I also sugget any student expelled from ELMIRA COLLEGE vist www.thefire.com
