CSU is a very straight forward place to get an education. There are organizations that get you involved around campus for both commuters and residence. Sometimes there isn't much to do if you aren't 21, but overall there is fun to be had and there are things to learn. The rec center is pretty awesome to workout at and join intramurals too. I lived on campus to start then moved out of the dorms, but still close to campus in an apartment. Although the dorm rooms are extremely nice, it can get annoying not having certain freedoms. CSU is mostly a commuter school but more people have been moving to campus with the new apartments across from the university. CSU's campus is urban and expanding with new buildings and a growing student body. The library is a great place to study alone or with friends or find information for classes. Like any university, some professors are top notch and amazing teachers, others will make you want to jump off the terminal tower. The engineering school for the most part has quality programs that get you into the working world. |
