Overall experience was good but the offices you deal with get started with or the paperwork you complete for each year should be made easier or the people helping friendlier and more helpful. The Financial Aid office is horrid. No one goes out of their way to help or contact you. If you try to submit your paperwork earlier than the semester needed they act like you are doing something wrong. I guess it's because they wait until the last minute to do all their work they expect the same of you. Enrolling online is very convenient. Wish Southeastern offered more online degrees especially in the Behavioral Health/ Counseling/ Engineering/ Social Work field or evening classes for people that have to work. |
