I'm not gonna write a whole lot because the negative reviews have already covered how crap and fake this school is. You'll probably read them and ignore them anyway, like I regretfully did. Since you likely won't listen to the reviews and still apply or go here, listen to this one piece of advice that I wanted to reiterate by someone else.

The greatest advice I can give you if you are a incoming freshman is to REALLY try hard in your classes. A stupid amount of kids come here, end up hating the school but are forced to stay because they can't make the grades to transfer out.

Also, if anyone's checked college prowler/college niche or whatever that site is for reviews on UMW, you may find it interesting to note that the featured writer "Sandy Nicole" (which is her real name btw) transferred to Virginia Tech after her first semester. Hmmm…
