Collins in rm 161 is very arrogant and sarcastic. He was too busy complaining about the heat in the rm to answer my question to the best of his ability therefore referred me to another rm 280. Where the young lady there was happy to answer my question n referred me back to Collins at rm 161. He is a waste of a paycheck I'm sure many people would be happy to takeover his position regardless of the hot summer days.
