Stay the hell away from this place! There is something about the school and the city that is just depressing and somewhat diabolical!!!! This school is run by people of this city and these people are crooked- only out for the money of the students. There was a lady caught stealing the Social Security numbers of the students here, the campus police killed an unarmed student, and students are dying left and right due to the crime in this city! These things were hidden by the school government but the information leaked and made news here in Columbus- so CSU keeps secrets. Financial aid is no help, they act as if they dont know what to do or what is going on. They always seem to be in a hurry when it comes to helping students. If you are in the VA, the lady there is nice (Ms. Standfield) and will help any way she can but anyone else besides her, forget it! This school wastes more money on image than education- you pay tons of fees for shit you do not even use and the tuition is higher when taking summer courses- WTF?! The people in the higher places (ranks) of this university are intelligent thugs and look for ways to exploit education to the benefits of filling their pockets (as I already stated). The only reason I came here was because I did not get accepted to my college of choice. I thank God I got to go somewhere but this is one experience I cannot wait to forget. Someone earlier said it right, NO ONE comes here by choice. Everyone who reads this please, please, PLEASE think it over 40+ times before you decide to come here. Oh, and the city of Columbus is so tense and it is not somewhere you will want to live. This place almost feels like an earthen limbo- there is nothing really to do unless you like to club and get into crime, the people here are a bit stand-offish and somewhat racist.

CSU is not known by anyone besides the people of Columbus. Its reputation is not a good one and the quality of education here is way below average. As recorded by Dante Alighieri in "Inferno"

The same applies to CSU- please stay away from this "college" and this God-forsaken place of limbo called Columbus, GA!!!!!!!!
