My quality of education is about what you would expect from a large, state school. People are very friendly and it's easy to get involved in activities that interest you. As for the social aspect, that is dependent on the person, if you're outgoing and willing to talk to people and find parties, you will, but if you're shy and not willing to go out of your way to meet people, you may want to make more of a conscious effort. The dorms are nice and clean and the buildings are well kept and very nice. If you're not a football fan, or unwilling to watch sporting events this may not be a great place for you as the football games dominate the weekends in the fall. Surrounding area is very nice. There are many restaurants to choose from and Haymarket is beautiful and full of fun shops and things to explore. Dining halls are clean, the food and variety are both substantial. Overall a great school to go to if you're looking for a very typical college experience. |
