Statistical Analyzer:

I transferred in to CSU during the Fall 2013 semester and I initially hated it! As the semesters progressed, I adjusted to the school, and now I can honestly say that I love being a CSU student. I am a Criminal Justice major, and can only speak on behalf of the department. First, the CJ faculty is awesome. They most definitely have a lot of knowledge to offer. Dr. Perkins, Dr. Bernard, Professor McMahon, Professor Grant, Professor McFarren, and Professor Savage are a few professors that have made attending CSU worthwhile. Second, the students are mediocre. I've met tons of students over the last few semesters that I've never seen again. Many of the students could care less about their education, many of them are only there for a financial aid refund check, and sadly, many of the students get pregnant and end up dropping out. Then there are students like me, who are serious about their education, who strive for excellence, and make the best of any situation. I've been at CSU for about a year already, and have EARNED, and maintained a grade point average of 4.0 out of a 4.0 scale. I am a product of CSU! It seems to me that many of the people who have left negative comments are the students have dropped out or the students who are remedial. People need to get their life together, take responsibility for their own actions, and just do what their professors ask of them.
