The administration reached a whole new level of desperation and just sent out a email to all of its students "to perpetuate our brand." Some excerpts: "…the entire university should assume the role of the host." "Their impression and decision to attend umw depends on how they feel while they are here, so thank you for perpetuating our brand,…" Etc

Also goes on to tell its students to use hashtags during the day (e.g. ‪#‎BestDecisionEver‬). All of this is in attempts to skew Mary Washington's IMAGE in a positive manner, instead of being based solely on the authentic MaryWash (which isn't quite so pretty…). Fun fact: a student was murdered yesterday, few weeks before that a suicide, and dont even get me started out the rugby team or the kid who jumped out the 5th floor window of eagle. #mymarywash
