This school is far from the best. I would not recommend coming here for anything other then Culinary, even that is dicey. Just think you're (or you're parents) are gonna spend 20-30k/year (after scholarships and grants) to learn how to cook, when most chefs will never make more then 100k/year. So unless Culinary is your absolute passion don't come here for that either. Thinking about Business, Criminal Justice, Engineering, or Education, look else where. There are far better schools to go to for those majors, even if you didnt have the best grades coming out of H.S. The downcity facilities are ok, while the ones on Harborside are better. The social life and friends i have made are the only thing keeping me at this school. The food is alright, not bad and not good. They have a few options, but you'll notice quickly that they serve the same things on their menu in 2 week rotations. You have to constantly eat at different places to not get sick of the same food. The dorms are good i guess for Freshmen, live in McNulty or Snowden if your downcity, Xavier isn't nice, its old and has common baths. My major is International Business btw. |
