The teachers are great and answer questions promptly. BUT the admission department, registration department, counselors, and bookstore (pretty much everyone outside of the teachers) are not helpful. As far as admission goes I had a hold on my account because someone failed to review my transcripts although all had shown to be received. I had to contact them, and they were still telling me I had to take the course, although I had already taken two college level courses. The bookstore never answers phone calls or emails, and being a distant learner those are the only two options I have. They responded a week later, stating that I had missed the deadline to return my books even though the books were listed as a requirement on their website. My counselor, responded to my initial email, but never gave a response to any email trying to follow up on any new updates. |
