Number #1 place to be raped in New York state is Cortland…the Cortland authorities will confirm. Don't trust the taxi drivers. There's meth & drunks. The school is pretty. But its not safe for women. The locals think rape is not a big deal…both men & women residents of cortland are doing nothing about rape, domestic violence. The town is depressed economically nothing to do. It was a mistake to come here.
