Getting help as an alumni (transcripts etc.) is impossible. First I found out that they recorded my first aid and CPR class as cheer leading. They told me it was my mistake, but if that was true, why did I get an A in cheer leading if I never attended a single class?

Then, when I applied to grad school (3 years later) i discovered they had not recorded a $5 fee for a soccer class, so they rescinded my graduation. I had to re-enroll for a quarter to have a valid degree (so now it looks like I took 7 years to do my undergraduate work).

Finally, I just tried to get a copy of my unofficial transcripts for a job application. No problem right? I was able to get a copy of my graduate classes easily enough. To get my transcripts from UCR, I need to log into their new R'web system. To do that I need a valid student ID and password (which I don't have). I contacted FOUR departments for help and got one response days later saying the system was down and and I could call in for an ID in a few days. I called in and answered a bunch of security questions and was given an ID. Then I tried to log in and set a password. The system said it would send me an email in "a few minutes." 30 hours later, I got the email and tried to log on. I kept getting a bad password response. Today (11 days from when I asked for help) I was able to log on, but the only thing displayed on the page is a message that I don't have access.
