Valid Email Address

I am a returning veteran and unfortunately for me this was the first school I chose. I had some problems adjusting to life outside the military which began to affect my grades. Not wanting my grades to slip I emailed a couple of my teachers for help. The first teacher ignored my email, so I sent a second email to see if she had received it. To which she falsely accuses me of being lazy, patronizes me, and flat out tells me she ignored my first email because she was trying to enjoy the weekend. With a condescending overall tone that implied I was ruining her weekend by asking for help. To keep it short, I was patronized by another teacher and talked down to. However 1 of my teachers was very kind and helpful.

After not receiving assistance I ended up failing a class; the school was very quick to deny my financial aid. (one thing they prove to be fast and efficient with) As a veteran on GI Bill I cannot make it without my grants. Will try my luck at another school, do not wish to be a student here anymore.
