The truth is that it never is as bad as people say it is at Howard. That is not to say that you won't have issues with the administration, because it is an HBCU and goes through organization issues. However, I can honestly say that the collection of black excellence here is uniquely overwhelming. The student body is full of ambitious, passionate, and intelligent people dedicated to growing as students. We support each other to reach our goals and understand this is a place to grow as minds and as a culture. I love it here and cannot imagine going anywhere else. |
