The school seemed perfect for me going into but honestly i was only 18 and i got into a program that i had known nothing about and at 18 sometimes you feel pressure to just be in university and spend no time actually thinking about your future, and that was me. two years into it doing bad and wanting to actually create direction for your life, I was calling the school everyday, emailing anyone, being put on hold forever, and still never getting the answers, I was just stuck in limbo for about a year and that year i took time off school, I had figured out what program I wanted to study, I just needed help transferring, how to, when to, and a couple questions to guide me and literally NO ONE at ryerson either found the time, or gave helpful advice. the school is great, but as far as offering the aid you need to help steer you in the direction you want to go, they aid none, its almost impossible, at ryerson either you know what you're doing or you get lost and they'll watch you spiral.
