DO NOT take the cyber security major if you want to be in a technical field. If you want to learn white-hat hacking or have a technical background for the future, go into computer science. The cyber security major is a criminal justice major and it lacks a great deal of technical coursework. Stay away from the cyber security major, the website is completely false about cyber operations. If my schooling wasn't paid for through the GI bill, I would be fighting for my money back. |
