Do not attend this university especially if you are a non-traditional student. The negatives are so numerous I can only list a few: picking up graduation cap and gown I was sent to the bookstore who could not answer questions regarding honors regalia. They sent me to Student Advising. Advising could not answer the questions and sent me to the Department Chair. The Department Chair was not aware and seemed frustrated that I asked; finally days later I received a response and had to make a return trip to purchase the correct items. This type of ambiguity in administration and organization is common practice. Do not expect personalized attention as advertised. You will be directed to a webpage and email address to contact and find the information yourself for the majority of questions. Most professors are rarely available outside of class, there is no tangible assistance with job placement, the office hours are extremely inconvenient, parking is horrible and last but not least an adjunct music professor recently instructs her class to google the answers. |
