All of their secretarial staff are rude and condescending at best. They always pass the buck to someone who conveniently if off or out to lunch. Getting answers or help is near impossible without losing a lot of time and unnecessary aggravation. It would have been nice if at least once in two years the staff would have been helpful without all the runaround and passing of responsibility to staff that just so happened to be unavailable anytime you need to speak to them. |
