They are not proactive in providing effective communication. The student must know when it is they should be getting from the staff then be the squeaky wheel to ensure that happens. STUPID conversations over financial aid that isn't issued until 6 weeks into the term…consistently. You can have a CREDIT sitting on your account but if a text was from a prior cycle, they will put a financial hold until you pay that value, increasing your CREDIT. Seriously administratively crippled. Overpriced. For $30K, as a professional returning to school, after 1.5 years in the program, I haven't learned anything yet. |
