The reason I'm writing this negative review is that all of the staff that work for Northeastern (dining, housing, health services, student employment etc.) are extremely unhelpful and rude; the service is abyssal. No matter where you go employees just seem angry and bitter. I have been here for a long time and it is extremely obvious that the staff do not care at all. I just learned today that they no longer give plastic bags at the Curry Student Center to save Northeastern money; instead, they instead give you these tiny flimsy paper bags that can't hold anything. Amazing. There is literally one nurse for the entire university working in health services. I will say all of the professors I have had for electives have been fantastic. Within my department the professors vary; most of the tenured professors are the worst as they no longer care. |
