The faculty, as in the important ones, financial aid, student accounts, and registrar are supposed to be helpful as they are basically in control of your college experiences. They are absolutely rude and disrespectful. I had a lady cut me off while explaining my situation and say "You just need to be transferred, okay? bye." My financial aid advisor never emails back, I was also transferred to her when she "was not" in the office. When I called back, they said she was in fact in the office and was just responding to phone calls. |
