So much bullshit work. Some teachers are great, but there are many that are trash. The academics are honestly fine tho. The administration is by far the absolute worst part of the university. They spend so much money on the most bullshit stuff. I wish they would just invest in better professors and advisors instead. If you go, make sure you double check your graduate requirements/schedule because the advising department makes lots of mistakes and you are completely liable. It is fine when it is going well, but if something is wrong they will send you in circles.

The close-minded liberalness is insane. I consider myself a liberal but am from a more conservative area. They make the rest of the world seem like absolute villains I am actually afraid of how many close minded liberal journalism majors we have. I like to challenge people to get to a point where I understand their point of view, but these people will have none of it. I have also encountered so much of the most annoying form of racism I have ever experienced in my life. IE white sorority girls calling brown girls offensive/having no friends of color yet thinking they are on the forefront of equality.
