I'm a transfer student and have so far taken 12 classes total at IU East, earning A's in each course that I completed, however my Anatomy - A210 class that I was taking this summer Semester 2020 has published due dates, assignments, and discussions into my Canvas course from Fall Semester 2018 & 2019. Now, the computer will flunk me since it is staggering due dates and assignments in with my correct Canvas module dates! The layout is also terrible and extremely difficult to navigate through and read the correct material because of this. I have never had anything like this happen while enrolled here before! I've contacted the professor and she was very dismissive like it was no big deal! Then I contacted my advisor and - same attitude! I contacted the Technology department and there was no response! I have 48 hours to decide whether to drop the class. It is bizarre and nobody seems to care, not to mention it is not my fault and even if I drop the class I'll still end up paying for 25% of this. I was on track to graduate soon and I needed this class as a general requirement. I'm panicking since no one from the university is present to address and fix this issue. Now I don't know if I'll be able to get my degree or not. I guess I will go clean some bathrooms the rest of my life. I really truly regret signing up for this school!
