The specialized master programs provided by the business school does not match its reputation. Classes for some of the programs are poorly designed and do not provide skill sets that are up to the current trend in the professional world. St. Louis is not a place with plenty of opportunities already, especially for international students, and the school's career center distributed most of the job opportunities and resources to MBA students, and SMP students are left with limited and incompetent career advisors and little to zero references to job opportunities. SMP students are not the school's main focus area. Especially not recommended to the international students with F-1 visa, because school staffs lack the basic knowledge of the eligibility and limitations granted by foreign visas, which can easily put students' legal staying in the US in jeopardy. They do not care if any international students will be expelled due to the visa mistakes made by themselves. |
