The college can be fairly accurately described as a high school boarding school, all students under the age of 24 are required to live on campus, and leaving your dorm after 10 pm will certainly result in campus police following you in their car. The parties are groups of 30 people at most and clear out by midnight because campus police come by and do checks around 1 am. I would say if you are a parent looking for a school to send your child with special needs to, this school would be ideal. It is a beautiful campus, I love my professors and the education the nursing program provides is amazing, but other majors are dying and activity on campus is dying with it. The school will not properly prepare you for professional and adult interactions when you leave. Interactions among peers on the campus feel very much child-like and bullying is a major problem. |
