Statistical Analyzer:

U of M is great but the atmosphere is definitely NOT for everyone. It is very academically oriented and the library tends to be slightly more crowded than the bar. Because of this, the campus fosters a somewhat competitive atmosphere (Engineering and LS&A), and it's easy to go from being at the top of the class in high school to being in the middle or bottom here. Having said that, this can definitely be a fun school if you want it to be. It is a big campus and student body with tons of interesting, fun, and diverse people to hang out with.
