financial aid here sucks big time. they give you the run around when you're just trying to make it through the semester. it's not only for students that have problems with them, it's the faculty too. they say one thing and tell you another and before you know it, you're a couple thousand dollars in the hole and you didn't even know it. i don't even know if i'll be able to register for the next semester, it's that bad. this institution can be very unhelpful when it comes to student's financial needs and takes their time in trying to get things done. the programs are great, it's just being able to afford them and getting them paid for. it's enough that i have to worry about work-study and getting my grades and learning all the material i have to learn, but then having to worry about how i'm going to pay for all of it and if i can even return the next semester after putting so much hard work into being here is way too much stress for me. i'm sure there are a lot of people that have the same problems that i do, and i wish there was something i could do about it.
