Faculty is generally of good standard and usually helpful. Staff on the other hand, is a bunch of incompetent, closedminded, arrogant fools. I am tired of been told: "I've never been asked this by a student before", "A student has never had this concern before", "This issue has never been brought up before"! Like, now that I have, could you do something about it!
