My boss/coworkers consistently tell me what a hard worker I am and that I am doing well. That is in part due to my early training as a child, but it is also due to the fact that I could not goof off at PCC, I had to get my work done on time, even if it meant not going shopping, or spending a nice saturday inside in the library. You can't skip work, or fudge a deadline in the real world, neither should you do so in your preparation for the real world. Life has rules, so PCC may have rules that are strict and strange, but they prepare you for real life.

I chose to go to PCC, just as many others chose it. The difference is that I realized that whining doesn't do any good. There were some rules I didn't agree with, and some I down right hated, but whining didn't do any good, so I didn't (ok, so sometimes I did, but I tried to keep my trap shut:))

PCC has great education, the teachers are really nice, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I did have two not so nice teachers, but that's not bad out of four years, and they weren't even in my major.

There were hypocrites in the student body and the faculty to some extent (mainly the student body) in fact, there are several people that if I ever see them again, As the saying goes it will be too soon.

PCC is not for people who want to party all night, or who don't care about doing well in college. As I said I didn't have much trouble with the rules just because I didn't see the need to break them, they weren't hurting me. If you don't want to work, then don't go, but if you want to be in a good school then go. But it is definitely not for everyone, and I say this as a former female student, since the rules are a lot stricter for the women.
