I think UMass is a great school for people who like large communities. It truly is a small city in itself, which is nice, since the actual town of Amherst is pretty small. But whatever your personality, you will find people who are like you, it is hard not to. There's always plenty to do, a great night life, and its a lot of fun. I admit, the administration can be difficult at times, but think how hard it is to manage records for more than 18,000 students. The wide variety of majors is also very nice. Even if you are not sure what major you want, you'll have the time and opportunity to try out different things. |
