Clean, safe, and a good education (despite not being accredited). However, be ready for incredibly strict rules governing almost every aspect of your social life. If you're submissive to authority and don't have any aggressive social goals during college, the low tuition, and generally good education experience (unless you're an elementary ed. major - no accredidation makes job-hunting difficult) makes PCC the place for year. Great for getting out debt-free!
