Prior to my enrollment at Dean, I was a complete slacker. After 3 semesters of Dean, I had nearly an A average and acceptance letters from many of the “top” colleges in the country.

While there are some very bright students at Dean, for the most part, the student population is composed of poor students. As a result of this reality, the teachers present water-downed academic concepts in hopes of appealing to the "mass of morons." Thus, all I had to do was motivate myself to complete the assignments to "earn" my A.

After Dean, I went on to transfer to a fairly prestigious institution to receive a real education. Nonetheless, I encountered an initial struggle because Dean provided me with little preparation for my subsequent academic endeavors.

If you are fairly bright but your academic record shows otherwise, come to Dean-as long as you have the motivation to make it through. If you do, you will have the opportunity to eventually enroll in a good college. From a purely procedural perspective, you can’t go wrong! Just note that you will receive a terrible education in the process.

As for the social life, it sucks because it is in a terrible area and drinking is prohibited. This results in many encounters with school authorities for a large number of students. Furthermore, the limitations of the dormitory rooms present room (literally) for a good social gathering. There are also some sketchy motherfuckers here, so choose your friends wisely.
