Major: Natural Resources (This Major's Salary over time)
This is a good place to go if you have bad HS history and want to improve your grades/education so you can succeed in a 4yr. Also great if you don't like classroom stuff, and want to prepare directly to a career. There is TONS of hands on stuff in every single department.I had a great time here. Most of the faculty is extremely supportive, though no matter where you go there will be bad apples of course. The major drawback is that the socal scene is pretty sad. There are lots of on campus clubs and activities, including our own dance club (with a weekly "country night" AND "hip hop night" among other things). But being in such a tiny town makes it difficult to get much of anything worthwhile. I guess if you're used to a small town, this place is a whirlwind of activity. No matter where you go, if you meet friends you'll be comfortable enough socially.
