There are too many problems with the way the school is run, but I have always felt welcomed here, and the road leading into school feels like the road home. No particular road, just a road that is leading you home. That's why I decided to come to Seton Hill. It's a well-known school and everyone always compliments me on what a great school I have gotten into, even if it isn't the best in education and dealing with Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and Residence Life is a pain in the you-know-where. Another great thing is that the religious aspect of the school is not forced on anyone other than one religious course and one theology course. This DOES NOT entail strictly Catholicism, this envelopes everything from Hebrew Scriptures to Jesus class.

I have my thoughts about leaving SHU, even still today, but I wouldn't, not to mention that I couldn't because most of my credits wouldn't transfer to other schools anyway because it's a liberal arts school. This doesn't mean Democratic. This means all-encompassing. For those of you who don't know, that's exactly what companies want these days.

Another thing that I noticed that SHU has which many other schools (surprisingly) don't have is our CareerWorks office which helps all students work on their resumes, internships, and whatever other type of help we may need.

Oh and lastly, above all else, I've never had so many opportunities like I do here. Right now as I type this, I am the Vice President of the SHGA and have been in more clubs and organizations than I could ever dream of. And the thing I have found more than anything else is that the relationships I've made here are ones to last a lifetime.
