Major: Nursing (This Major's Salary over time)
The associate program is not accredited by the NLNAC, athough it states that on their website. Also, recently, it is considered international as far as nursing licensure is concerned. This is by far the worst school I have attened in terms of education, they give you the tests prior to taking them so you can memorize the questions and answers. I had professors that drank in class, all of the professors used the test bank questions provided by the book publishers, and none of the professors had sufficient nursing experience to expand on the material presented in the book. Moreover, the nursing practice at the hospital was terrible, we stood around and then the professors would let us out early. I have not even given a shot, started an IV, etc and I will be graduating with a nursing degree this month. Scarry!! Unfortunately, I had to stay to complete my degree because the credits don't transfer to ANY college.
