LCCC should change their motto from “Its all about you to "It's all about your MONEY". I recently tried to transfer credits into LCCC from a Christian university (a member of TRACS). I was accepted and ready to start the spring 2008 semester. About a week before LCCC started their Christmas break, I got a letter from the school saying they wouldn't accept my credits for transfer. I called them and they had the audacity to tell me my university wasn't accredited because they weren't a part of Middle States. I immediately contacted my former university and TRACS for their help. They both sent information to LCCC on the status of my schools accreditation. LCCC got back to me and said they would have to ask the other colleges in the Wilkes-Barre and Scranton area if they would take the credits. That was over 6 weeks ago and the Dean hasn't called me back with an answer. Their customer service stinks! I gave up on them and applied to a different school.
