Granted, I was fresh out of hs in 1982, wasn't quite sure what direction to study in, but I remember my time at MSAC very well. Walnut was still quite rural at that time, there were still wide open spaces and green hills, very different than how it is in 2009. I was cool with that. However, many of the teachers were quite arrogant and condescending. I was talked down to so many times it was insane. OK, this was 25 years ago, and the school is probably very different now, I really don't know. The demographics of the area are very different now, for sure, so that may have an impact on things. Still, the bad memories linger…
