Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time)
Ok, so this was 27 years ago, but I thought that for the money Edinboro was a great experience and education. As a first year teacher in northern Virginia (good luck getting a teaching job in PA) I felt much more prepared than other new teachers coming from schools such as Penn State, Virginia Tech, WVU, UVA, etc. Edinboro has/had an awesome education program. I read some reviews and wonder why you people even applied to Edinboro - weren't some of the negatives obvious before? The weather? - do some research! You've gotta love snow if you're going to go to Edinboro. Social life?… college is a time for you to not only get an education, but also see if you can make it on your own - academically, financially (more for some than others), and socially. There is a lot to do within the campus/town if you look around. It's not Pittsburgh or even Buffalo for that matter - but you had to know this before you came.
