For years I have always thought about going to BelRea because it looked like a great school and I recently moved clear across the country to attend and now all I can say is…FALSE ADVERTISTEMENT. The ONE GOOD THING about BelRea is to have it on your resume bc YES it is a good school to have listed.HOWEVER I'm a first year student and its totally not what I expected. The school is smaller than a small town elementary school, the library is the size of a closet (which all books are under lock and key and the librarian is NEVER there)and the school is constantly cramped and you have to fight for a place to sit and a place to park. The rules are so strict, if u are even a minute late twice for a class u are dropped. The teachers seem to want to help you but if you even ask them for it good luck finding a time and place that they can sit with you and help. The classes are UNBELIEVABLY TOUGH and the teachers dont even stop to breathe let alone give you a chance to absorb what they are saying. (My Medical Terminology class alone I have made 750 flash cards for) It's false advertisement all together. The ONE AND ONLY GOOD THING about BelRea is having it on your resume, which is the only reason I am toughing it out. If I can't make it another quarter I'm transferring becasue the stress of it all is not worth it
