Major: Nursing (This Major's Salary over time)
Overall the nursing program at WSU has been absolutely amazing. Every school has "those teachers" that you will just not get along with, but you can't avoid that going to a different school. I would recommend the program because overall the teachers are great and I feel like we are all getting a great education. The only part that sucks is the financial aid. Liz West, who is the financial aid adviser for the Spokane Campus is a complete idiot and the people in the Spokane Academic Affairs office act as though they can't tell left from right. I will do anything in a my power to prevent myself from needing to go there because of this fact. Calling Pullman about any financial aid problems is a nightmare. You can't get the same answer from two different people, I did not qualify for aid one semester and I needed it (lets face it I did not have enough money to pay tuition just lying around) because I did not know retaking a class didn't qualify and they did not tell me until half way through the semester. They also will not tell you all the forms you need done they stagger them out so you never know when you will be done. Its amazing that anyone ever receives their aid. I would suggest going to this school but only if you can pay for the school yourself, after all the stress you might end up doing that after all.
