TCC is a great way to save money if you don't know what you want to major in yet. I can only speak about the Virginia Beach Campus because that's where I go. The professors I had so far have been very helpful and also very excited about what they teach. I think I had one professor that was a bit on the dull side and they just literally made you read out the text to class that was the lecture for the day. But overall all most of the professors are there to help and are professional. They try to help you as much as they can. The only big issue I have is just the friendliness of the Filipino lady who works the front desk in the counselors' office and one of the cashiers when paying for classes. *Disclaimer: I'm half-Filipino so I know that not all Filipinos are like this* Anyways, when I needed to talk to a counselor about classes the lady at the front desk was just giving me unnecessary attitude when I was being polite. That's the only thing that got me while going to the Virginia Beach TCC campus. Every time I went to pay for my classes or went to talk to one of the counselors I didn't like the rudeness I got when from one of the cashiers or the front desk lady in the guidance office. But the overall experience is pretty much great with the teaching staff.
