Manhattan is actually a really good school. If you get involved and aren't close-minded or closed off to society you could make friends. Everyone here is pretty nice. People hold doors, say thank you, faculty is really helpful if you reach out to them. All of my Professors thus far have been helpful and full of knowledge. They know what they are talking about.
