Do not go to North Georgia ever. The campus is in a dull town full of rednecks and white supremacist. The campus is predominately made up of caucasian in your face conservative christians who believe it's either their way or no way. There is little to no normal college party scene on campus, probably because all dorms have a midnight curfew, in the surrounding area it is not hard to find drugs such as meth and cocaine as well as many other sketchy things at off campus parties. The campus police are useless, they care more about giving out parking tickets than going after the real crimes that happen on campus such as rapes and illicit drug abuse. The majority of the students here are far from normal, they hold radical views and see themselves as holier than thou. The professors are often useless and egotistical, the only way to pass any opinionated essay in the english or philosophy classes are to write it in a manner to please the professor's opinion. The school will merely see you as a statistic that they can take money from in anyway possible whether it be falsely claiming you filled out a form wrong and fining you or giving you a ticket for parking in a parking spot incorrectly. When it comes down to it if you have any self respect do not come here or else you will hate your life. The school covers it up, but the suicide rate for students here is extremely high which really shouldn't be a surprise considering how awful of an environment it is to live on campus here.
