Wallace State teachers are nice and friendly. The people working in financial aid and admissions are very rude. Also, I feel that WSCC ignores the telephone calls to make their job easier. Every single time me or any of my friends/family have tried calling, they NEVER pick up. Also I have left several voicemails and sent out several emails and never received anything back. These departments need help.
