I am going into my second year at SSU and I am part of the NCAA cross country team and a sorority. There are always many things to do and things to participate in. The campus is absolutely beautiful and the weather is perfect not too cold or too hot in winter/summer. I love the school. I had many other opportunities to go to other schools that were harder to get into or ranked higher but at Sonoma the people are amazing and there are so many opportunities. Plus you're really close to the city in case you want to see a concert or game. I almost forgot the dorms. Best dorms I have ever seen. My freshman year we had a living room, kitchen, and our own bathrooms in the dorm room. They will blow you away. If you get involved and make an effort to make friends you will have an amazing time. I have met some of the most influential and passionate teachers. I think I may have gotten lucky but wow being in a school that allows smaller class sizes makes a huge difference and the teachers actually care about your future and grade. I completely recommend this school.
