Overall, Harper is a great alternative to a 4 year school. I can work and afford it. For the most part, teachers are very good. Facilities, library also good. Counseling and advising is good. VERY poor are the disability services - what incompetence and uncaring! Secretaries and learning specialists treat you like dirt. Also parking is not good…and bookstore and cafeteria are way overpriced. Don't come here if you have a learning disorder…I am headed to UIC where they seem to be better at this kind of thing.
