Date: Feb 18 2016 Major: Education (This Major's Salary over time) I went to Highlands University because I was offered a scholarship, not because I wanted to attend college. My mother persuaded me to go, and I'm forever grateful to her for that advice. Highlands for me was exactly what I needed, a small, calm place to grow and learn. Everyone at the university was helpful to me. Professors and administrators alike were most welcoming back in 1960's. I was thoroughly prepared for my first job of teaching in the classroom. I did my first job with confidence and pride. I have since studied for masters and doctoral degrees. My advice is to just do it. Get your degree and trust your advisers.
