Assignment directions are very disorganized. Rubrics and the syllabi are too generalized, but faculty will use them as dogma against the student. Do not believe any statement made by a faculty member unless it is in writing. Many faculty members are much more interested in a student's ability to successfully use various audio/visual applications, perfect APA formatting, spelling, grammar and word choices than they are about content and understanding of the course material.
